Project Manager
British import. Moved to Kelowna when he was 19, with just a backpack, after seeing it in a YouTube video. Loves being active and the outdoors.Gaele Royant
Project Coordinator
Solo traveler, enjoys yoga and dabbling in different sports. Foster mom to 8 dogs and counting (not all at the same time), hiker and adrenaline junkie (skydiver, bungee jumper, CN tower skywalker, zip liner, via ferrata adventurer). Born in France, food lover, rookie renovator.Chris Little
Owner
Grew up down under in Australia. Has more than 25 years of experience building and creating in both Australia and Canada. Loves the challenge of imagining, designing and building unique spaces that work for the clients. Surfer, soccer dad.Olivia Arias
Apprentice Carpenter
Movie watcher, thrift shopper, home décor and project enthusiast. Loves her Siamese rescue cat and hanging out with family and friends.Jared

Journeyman carpenter, avid snowboarder, dog lover, and overall just a likeable dude. Known by clients as the little guy with the moustache moving the big ladders.Jenn Little
Accounts Payable
Mom of 3 teens, 2 dogs, and 1 husband. Penticton native, taught snowboarding at Apex and Banff's Sunshine Village, where she met Chris. After living in Australia, they settled in Kelowna to start a family. Jenn loves hiking, yoga, and family surf trips. At LBS, she manages bookkeeping and payroll.
Izaac Hampel
Draftsperson
Grew up in Kamloops, studied in Japan, married in Paris. First time father to a baby boy. Climber, snowboarder and skier. Lover of fruit, family time and all things design (Favorite architect- Zaha Hadid). Catch him playing D&D with Orry.Orry Renwick
Apprentice Carpenter
