One of the standout features of Phase 1 was the rejuvenation of the old cinderblock fireplace in the family room. This once-outdated centerpiece was revitalized, becoming a symbol of transformation. Reclaimed wood was ingeniously used to craft a feature slat wall that not only adds character to the space but also serves as a guardrail for the open staircase, blending safety with aesthetics seamlessly.
