When Unison Jane Hoffman Realty approached us with the need for a new office space, it was clear this project would require a thoughtful blend of privacy, flexibility, and character. As their business continues to grow, they needed an environment that could evolve with them: professional, polished, and ready for the future.

A Purpose-Built Space for a Growing Team

Working in collaboration with local design firm, BeGrand Fast Design, we set out to craft a layout that would support the unique rhythms of a modern real estate office. The space includes enclosed offices for focused work, a bright and open drop zone with individual workstations, and a central boardroom for team collaboration and client meetings.

Celebrating Structure Through Design

Set within a new mass timber building, the design team prioritized exposing as much of the wood structure as possible, allowing the natural warmth and texture of the material to become a defining feature of the space. We worked closely to integrate these elements seamlessly into the architectural and interior expression.

Flow and Function in Harmony

TThe result is a workplace that balances quiet and collaborative zones, with clear transitions between private offices and more social, open-plan areas.
