The Koby Transformation

Welcome to the transformation of a family’s beloved home, nestled in a central neighborhood they cherish. With three young children, the need for additional space became apparent, yet their love for the location remained unwavering.

Expanding Horizons

To accommodate their growing family, we embarked on a journey to create an impressive 900 square foot second story. This expansive addition now boasts three bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom, offering the family the extra room they required while retaining their treasured central address.

Main Floor Refined

The main floor of the residence underwent a complete overhaul, carefully designed to elevate functionality and comfort. We introduced a brand-new ensuite to the main floor master bedroom, infusing an element of luxury into the parental retreat. In addition, we reimagined the mudroom, expanding its footprint to enhance practicality.

Open and Radiant Living

One of the highlights of this renovation lies in the transformation of the main living area. By creating an open-concept space, we seamlessly integrated a fresh kitchen, dining zone, and inviting living room. Sunlight now bathes the interiors, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere where the family can gather and bond.

Expansive Outdoor Oasis

Our enhancements extended beyond the interior as we enlarged the back deck, crafting a generous outdoor living area, perfect for hosting gatherings with friends and family. This outdoor sanctuary invites the family to savor the great outdoors right in their own backyard.

Little Building Solutions helped bring an idea to life. We were looking forward to a third child when we realized we might outgrow our home. We wanted to add a bedroom and make the living room and kitchen a more comfortable space. They came up with a design that not only got us the extra room we needed, but improved upon the kitchen, living room, and the mud room. A bonus was the office/den at the front of the house which makes working from home more convenient. In order to achieve this, an additional floor was added to the top of the house.
