Crave Cupcakes Tenant Improvement

When Crave Cupcakes, a well known Alberta bakery brand, expanded into the Okanagan, they brought more than their signature products. Alongside the bakery, they introduced a new café concept, CeCe’s Coffee. Built within a brand new commercial unit in Kelowna, the vision was to create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and designed for connection.

A Café Designed for Connection

From the outset, the goal was to build an environment that invites people in and encourages them to stay. Every element of the space was considered to support a relaxed and engaging atmosphere, where customers can gather, meet, and enjoy both the setting and the experience.

Delivering the Vision, Start to Finish

Over a six month timeline, we led the full fit out from pre construction through to final completion. As general contractor, we coordinated all sub trades, managed scheduling, and worked closely with Mackey Design and the Crave Cupcakes team to bring their ideas into a fully realized space.

Design With Purpose

This project was guided by intention at every stage. The visual experience was carefully controlled from the moment a customer walks through the door. Key features were highlighted, back of house elements were discreetly concealed, and every detail was chosen to support both aesthetics and long term durability.

Built for Speed and Precision

With a clear focus on opening quickly, timing was critical. Strong communication, detailed planning, and consistent site coordination allowed the project to move efficiently without compromising quality, ensuring the space was ready for operation on schedule.

A New Space for the Community
